Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
